We will list the employment supervisor contacted, dates of employment, applicant’s job title, duties, attendance, eligibility for rehire, and if adequate notice of termination was given. We also report date of graduation, degree acquired, professional license, current academic standing, and professional license standing for all Education / Degree verification.
